Dr. Hawa Katuma Mwampamba is a medical doctor and seasoned Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) specialist with a strong background in data-driven decision-making for health and development programs. As the Strategic Information Manager at BRIGHT Tanzania, she leads efforts to strengthen evidence generation, data systems, and performance monitoring across all programmatic areas.
Dr. Hawa holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree and a Master’s degree in Monitoring and Evaluation. She brings over 7 years of professional experience in the NGO sector, having served as an Evidence and Insights Manager in various national and international organizations. Her work focuses on translating complex data into actionable insights that inform strategy, improve outcomes, and support learning and accountability.
With a passion for impactful storytelling through data, Dr. Hawa plays a key role in ensuring BRIGHT Tanzania’s programs are measurable, evidence-based, and aligned with both community needs and donor expectations.
